You compare hybrids with every pass; always looking for ways to improve the next year. Today, yield monitors give you data and numbers, but they often lack the accuracy to improve decision-making.
So many variables
Hybrids change, test weights change, speeds change and the mass of grain across the flow sensor changes — all this equates to varying results. Calibration can help, but how often do you calibrate? read how YieldSense works One simple calibration, and YieldSense is ready to go.
YieldSense combines the power of the Precision Planting SeedSense monitor with a new flow sensor, elevator chain and paddle. Add the FieldView app to your iPad for high definition mapping.
With FieldView Plus, you are able to share yield data between combines and your other iPads. Share your coverage maps and easily build complete yield maps from multiple combines. In addition, if you used your SeedSense for planting, you can view your hybrid and planter performance data side by side in the combine.
YieldSense works with soybeans, wheat and corn. It’s compatible with all John Deere 50/60/70/S Series combines, as well as 8X10 and later CaseIH combines. (A CAN-based moisture sensor is required for operation.)
